Article 3 - Duration of validity of sales offers:

Article 8 - Delivery and loss of packages:

All products are delivered between 7 to 10 days from the delivery of the package to the carrier (excluding weekends, public holidays and strike days). Each customer receives the package tracking number by e-mail and can thus track their package online on the site:www.laposte.fr . In case of late delivery of more than 5 working days, please contact us by email at this address: contact@levraibinchotan.com . A survey with search for parcels will be systematically carried out by us with the postal services.

A parcel appearing as "delivered" in the parcel tracking of the Post Office cannot claim any reimbursement or any reshipment, the tracking of the parcel and the investigation of the Post Office serving as proof. Packages will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. In the event of an addressing error (customer indicating an incomplete or erroneous address) resulting in the return of the package to the workshop, the amount of the shipping costs for the unsuccessful shipment will remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer will also have to bear the shipping costs of the second shipment.

Packages are sent by letter followed (cardboard sleeve) if the weight of the order is less than 500 grams, or by Colissimo if the weight is greater than 500 grams.

The shipping costs are as follows:

-European Union countries : 15 € by international letter followed or Colissimo according to the weight of the order and the country of destination (free from 100 € of purchases)
