Invented in Japan in the 1980s by Professor Teruo Higa, EM (Effective Microorganisms) ceramic beads are small spheres of natural clay enriched with a blend of 80 strains of microorganisms beneficial to the body, then fired at high temperature. The clay then releases their beneficial properties into the water according to the principle of water memory.
This manufacturing process gives them durable properties that make them an excellent complement to Binchotan for treating tap water.
An eco-friendly product par excellence, their lifespan is 10 years.
Placed directly in a carafe, flask or bottle, EM ceramic beads help limit limescale deposits and help preserve the quality of your water on a daily basis.
They can also be used in a kettle to reduce limescale buildup, or in vases to help keep water fresh longer.
Combined with Binchotan, they offer a natural and zero-waste solution to enjoy pleasant drinking water while limiting the use of plastic bottles.
The advantages of EM beads:
Made from natural clay.
Reusable for several years.
They help to limit limescale deposits.
Compatible with carafes, water bottles, flasks and kettles.
No complex maintenance required: simple periodic cleaning is sufficient.
An environmentally friendly and economical solution.
An ideal complement to Binchotan.
How to use them:
